RollerPlast was born out of a partnership between Plascon Plastics and our client Intercrate. We synergized our expertise in both injection molding and agriculture crate design, to build out the best performing industrial crates. We revolutionized flat base design to make it significantly more cost effective during production.
Obtaining flat, rigid bases is typically too costly and time consuming to build, resulting in many warehouses having excessive noise pollution. With help from our automation specialists, we developed fully injection molded crates with countless benefits.
