BubbleDeck is the leader in Voided Slab Construction. Their technology uses hollow plastic spheres (voids) to take the place of non-structural concrete
where not required. As the founders of this technology, BubbleDeck has the experience, testing, staff, patents and experience to produce and deliver the strongest and most efficient void systems available.
Reducing unnecessary mass where not required in concrete slab construction allows for greater spans, more architectural freedom and superior engineering performance.
We have worked closely with BubbleDeck since 2018 to help create more effective systems in order to mass produce the void bubbles. We also helped with the supply of the bubbles to ensure their ‘just-in-time’ system was smooth and efficient.
